You expressly agree not to misuse our infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access to restricted server endpoints, bypass rate-limiting controls, or transmit any malicious software, automated scripts, spam, or unlawful material through our socket connections or application interfaces. Our platform operates on an integrated commercial monetization model that may include third-party advertisements, sponsored merchant listings, promotional banners, targeted marketing campaigns, and dynamic data monetization frameworks. By utilizing our services, you grant us the perpetual, irrevocable right to display commercial advertisements across our ecosystem, including adjacent to or within your public directory profiles and storefront interfaces, without entitlement to any financial compensation, revenue sharing, or secondary notification unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate formal written contract. All design elements, text elements, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, source code, EJS view templates, and software underlying our platform are the exclusive property of the administration or its content suppliers and are fully protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or reverse engineering of our proprietary code, database schemas, or interface layouts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action. We may terminate, suspend, or restrict your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease instantly, and any active sessions, data logs, cached configurations, or directory listings associated with your account may be permanently purged from our active databases without recovery options. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the platform owners, developers, administrators, affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, data corruption, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service or any connected infrastructure. We reserve the sole and absolute right, at our discretion, to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without individual notice.
